Creighton University employees working outside the CUMC hospital facility are welcome to utilize our campus delivery service at no additional fee. We will deliver your prescriptions directly to your office. If you are not available, the package will be left in your campus mailbox or a designated secure location. Employees at off-site locations, i.e. medical clinics, will receive their prescriptions through inter-campus mail.
Prescriptions ordered by noon will be delivered before 4:30pm the following business day. Special order items, or items not kept in stock at the pharmacy, will require additional filling time. Please allow additional time for your physician’s response if your prescription has no refills remaining.
To initiate delivery service, complete the Pharmacy Delivery and Waiver Form below. You will need to complete the form for yourself and any family member for whom you wish to have prescriptions delivered. Please send completed forms to the pharmacy via fax (402-449-4531), inter-campus mail, e-mail, or in person.
