CUMC Clinic Pharmacy Staff Members

Craig Kessler, Pharm.D.
Director and Pharmacist-In-Charge
Craig Kessler graduated with his Pharm.D. degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1997. Upon graduating, Craig took a position with the Public Health Service and worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons as the Chief Pharmacist in Memphis, TN. He transitioned over to the VA system in 2000 in Memphis where he worked as a Staff Pharmacist and later as the Outpatient Supervisor. In 2003, he transferred to the Omaha VA where he served as the Pharmacy Manager for both the inpatient and outpatient pharmacies. In November 2008, Craig came on board with the CUMC Clinic Pharmacy as a staff pharmacist and was appointed Interim Director in August 2009 and Director in July 2010.
Jessica Skradski, Pharm.D.
Assistant Director
Jessica Skradski graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with her Pharm.D. degree in 2006. She completed a Pharmacy Practice residency with an ambulatory care emphasis at the Veteran's Affairs hospital in Grand Island, Nebraska in 2007. In this setting, she helped to run a lipid clinic, anticoagulation clinic, and new patient clinic. In July 2007, Jessica was hired by Creighton University as a staff pharmacist at the CUMC Clinic Pharmacy and as an Assistant Professor in Pharmacy Practice. Jessica is the Director of the Community Pharmacy Practice Residency program and also helps with the Cardiovascular Risk Reducation program here at Creighton.

Dave Mills, Pharm.D.
Pharmacist
David Mills graduated with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in 1998. After graduating, he entered the retail workforce where he spent over 10 years. In August of 2010 he took the opportunity to return Creighton University and work in the outpatient pharmacy. He is using his real world experience to help students prepare for life as a pharmacist after graduation.
Sandra Gau Stanislav, Pharm.D.
Pharmacist
Sandra Gau Stanislav graduated with her B.S. in Pharmacy and Pharm.D. degrees from Creighton University (1991 and 2006, respectively). She completed her pharmacy intern hours at Cris Drug in Omaha and upon graduating continued employment in the retail pharmacy industry. She joined CUMC Clinic Pharmacy in December 2000 as a staff pharmacist.
Nicole Gillespie, Pharm.D.
Pharmacy Resident
Nicole Gillespie graduated in 2010 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University. She is currently completing the Community Practice pharmacy residency at CUMC Clinic Pharmacy. Nicole is the third resident in this program. Her professional interests include chronic disease management with an emphasis on diabetes, lifestyle modifications, and academia.

Ileen Beckman
Clinical Administrator
Ileen Beckman joined Creighton University School of Pharmacy in August 1983. She later transferred to the School of Medicine and worked as a Clinical Administrator in various departments: Cancer Center, Rural Outreach, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, and Anesthesiology. In 2004, Ileen transferred back to the School of Pharmacy as the Clinical Administrator of the Clinic Pharmacy.

Andi Crossley
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Andi is a native of Council Bluffs, Iowa. She started in the pharmacy business in 1969 and has been a Certified Pharmacy Technician since 1991. She previously worked at Johnson's Pharmacy for 32 years before starting at CUMC Clinic Pharmacy in 2000. She is a member of SWIPA, APhA, NPTA, and IPA.

Amanda Waltke
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Amanda was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. In 2008 Amanda received an Exercise Science degree from Wayne State College. While attending college, she worked as a pharmacy technician for four years. Since joining the CUMC Clinic Pharmacy team in 2009, she has been responsible for inventory management. Amanda was recently accepted into the accelerated nursing program at UNMC and will begin her new education path in June 2011. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.

Lucas Hawkins
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Lucas is a native of Omaha, Nebraska. He worked as a pharmacy technician in the inpatient pharmacy at Creighton Uiversity Medical Center for 10 years. He joined the CUMC Clinic Pharmacy team in January of 2011 and is currently responsible for the on-campus delivery program.
