Blood Pressure Monitoring
High blood pressure affects millions of individuals in the United States. Since high blood pressure rarely has any physical symptoms, it is important to have your blood pressure measured to determine if it is high. Please ask a member of our pharmacy team to check your blood pressure while you wait.
Immunization Clinic
CUMC Clinic Pharmacy offers immunizations for adult patients. Click on the following links for vaccine information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Influenza (flu) vaccinations are strongly recommended for persons of all ages, especially children ages 6 months to 5 years and adults over 50 years of age. They should be administered yearly from October to February.
Medication Review
As a patient of the CUMC pharmacy, you have the option of sitting down with a member of the pharmacy staff to discuss your medications and any problems with medications that you are having. You may schedule a medication review free of charge. Please call the pharmacy for more information if you are interested.
Glucose Meter Education
With so many meters on the market, it’s easy to get confused about the product you use. Please ask a member of our pharmacy team to assist you with your meter. We will provide step-by-step instruction as you learn to use your meter correctly and ensure accurate blood sugar measurements.
On Campus Delivery
As a Creighton University employee, you are welcome to utilize our campus delivery service at no additional fee. In order for prescriptions to be delivered, you will need to complete the delivery waiver form for yourself and other members of your family.
Insurance
We accept most insurance prescription plans including worker’s compensation claims.
